For over 30 years NTMA has held national Supply Chain Network Fairs (formerly known as Purchasing Fairs) with hundreds of major customers having participated, resulting in the placement of millions of dollars worth of work for supplier attendees.

The Supply Chain Network Fair focuses on aligning OEMs and large companies with highly competitive and skilled domestic small-to-medium sized manufacturers that specialize in machined, stamped and fabricated parts, special tooling (dies, molds, jigs, fixtures and gauges) and special machines, ultimately providing a more economical resource for sourcing needs.

The Supply Chain Network Fair is just one piece of the Supply Chain Network.

NTMA Supply Chain Network:
How it Works
You will be provided with a 6’ table and chairs for one-on-one pre-arranged appointments with U.S. supplier attendees. Information that you supply on the Outsourcing Requirements Document will be compiled into a booklet for supplier participants. They will have a full week before the Supply Chain Network Fair to review the information and determine which companies are a good fit for their capabilities. 

Suppliers will have pre-arranged 15-minute appointments with Buyers. There will be a 5 minute break between appointments. You can expect to have up to 15 appointments during the day. The last hour of the day (3-4 pm) will be open time for Suppliers to meet with Buyers wihout appointments.

There is no registration fee for Buyer/Customer participants. NTMA will pick up one-night’s lodging and parking for you at the Wingate by Wyndham Indianapolis Northwest, 6240 Intech Commons Drive,Indianapolis, IN 46278, if your company policy permits. NTMA will make your hotel reservation and provide you with a confirmation number.
