For over 30 years NTMA has held national events (formerly known as Purchasing Fairs) focused on aligning OEMs and large companies with highly competitive and skilled domestic small-to-medium sized manufacturers. NTMA member companies that specialize in machined, stamped and fabricated parts, special tooling (dies, molds, jigs, fixtures and gauges) and special machines are an integral part of the supply chain – hence our new name – Supply Chain Network Fair.

The Supply Chain Network Fair is just one component of the much broader SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK being introduced. The Supply Chain Network will enable you to develop contacts year round through seminars, webinars, Fairs, and LinkedIn group access. Your first step in becoming a part of the NTMA Supply Chain Network is to attend the Supply Chain Network Fair on November 5th, 2015. By doing so you will be “in the loop” to receive inside information as program features and benefits are announced.

How the Supply Chain Fair Works

Once you register for the Supply Chain Network Fair, your company's contract manufacturing capabilities will be included in a booklet that will be distributed to the Buyers at the event. This information will be taken from your website, or you may submit a brief description by email to Brittany Belko at bbelko@ntma.org. Deadline to have your company information included in the Supplier Capabilities Booklet is October 16.

A list of confirmed Buyers and their outsourcing requirements will be emailed to registered Suppliers by October 28th. At that time you will be given instructions and a link to make your appointments with Buyers. It is your responsibility to make appointments. Appointments will be on a "first come, first served" basis and limited based on number of Buyers and Suppliers registered.

Pre-arranged appointments will be for 15-minutes with a 5 minute break between appointments. The last hour of the day (3-4 pm) will be open time for Suppliers to meet with Buyers wihout appointments.
