Legal Advice & Assistance:

NTMA makes available to members legal counseling in all key areas of labor relations. Where appropriate, members will be referred to NTMA's labor relations counsel, one of the largest and most experienced law firms in the country, for consultation free-of-charge up to a maximum of one hour per month. Operational Cost & Executive Compensation Report:

This industry report, updated annually with P&L survey results from our 1,700 member companies, provides an excellent benchmarking tool for strategic planning and an invaluable resource for justifying executive compensation.

Wage & Fringe Report:

This report, also updated annually with survey results from our 1,700 member companies, provides a compilation of wage and benefit information grouped locally, regionally and nationally. Included are Employee Wage Summary by job description, Sales Volume Analysis and Line of Business Analysis.

Software Evaluation

Potential buyers of manufacturing software systems can use the NTMA partnership with Technology Evaluation Centers, Inc. (TEC) to rapidly determine their business requirements, conduct preliminary selections to shortlist vendors, and compare the weaknesses in existing systems with the strengths of a new system, all outside the sphere of influence that may be present in a vendor's marketing collateral or a consultant's alliances.
